Swallow, but STI's put that one right out left field. To put a dampner on it you can get HIV from just sucking cock, it's rare but there have been one or two incidents. The risk gets greater when cum is involved. Personally the risk is too great.......not for myself, but for my partner, getting her infected would be something that I would really awful.
