I agree! Balls and scrotums ARE ugly. In fact I've seen some scrotal sacs that look like small shopping bags.

At the hands of a competent surgeon a cleanly excised scrotum should leave little visible scarring and, in my opinion, greatly improves the appearance of the remaining cock.
