I hate to put the same cookie cutter labels on everything, but I don't think it makes you gay. For instance, I love women (I have a girlfriend, at the moment), and ladyboys turn me on. However, crossdressers and normal men do nothing for me. In fact, they usually repulse me (in a sexual way). So, I think there's definitely something in particular about ladyboys that seperates them in the mind. It truly is the best of both worlds, and because of this I think that's it would be difficult for a gay man to be attracted to them.
