I have always been a titty man since the dawn of time. And because of that I hate fake tits. On occasion however you do see a good set of fake tits. The kind where you know they are fake because they are so perfect and symmetrical but you would forgive that short coming and bang them anyways.

Having said that, there are waaaaaaay too many bad boob jobs in the she/tgirl world. Unless you can have the procedure done by the worlds best practitioners, don't bother doing it at all. Having yourself mutilated in the back of a seven/eleven does absolutely nobody any good except perhaps the dude who runs the slushy machine who you have to pay off for the referral.
