In Japanese Adult Videos, computerized pixels are strategically placed on the screen and over the privates of the actors to blur things out. In other words, you can't see actual penetration during a sex scene -- though odd as this might sound, you can see the actors naked or even see bodily fluids flying OUT of the pixels and landing on faces, bodies, asses, etc, when the actors reach their climax.
