I guess castrated LBs are closer to 'full feminisation' (horrible expression)
which is their goal? Some posters have said they tend to vanish from
the scene afterwards. Maybe they finally complete the transformation
and are lucky enough to find someone and lead lives as 'women'.
All power to them. I have met one I could live with for the rest of my life
