YOU are more attractive than 80% of all the T-Girls I've ever seen, and not at all slutty, like most of that over 20%. At least, you don't carry yourself that way in the time I've come to know more of you. Of course, most of the T-Girls I've seen are industry-related working girls.

Facial surgery, I had forehead contouring, trachea shave (adam's apple), jaw contouring and a chin implant. I had 3 surgeries in total the final one was more of a correction as I had a rather uneven jaw that required some doing to disguise.

I know lots of very pretty trans*women from all over, and I often feel rather plain when I'm visiting with them. Also, given the nature of this site, when I venture into the Freebees section I get to see truckloads of women who are far and away more attractive to the average "admirer" than I would ever be. about $50,000 all together. It hurt like nothing I have ever been through. There are some pretty serious risks - loss of feeling and muscle control, inability to move the muscles of the face, and nerve damage were he main ones. They are pretty rare though if you go to a good doctor.
