The idea that you have to retract your foreskin is just crazy. Most uncut kids up to the age of twelve or more have foreskins that can't retract. That doesn't mean they're smelly or unhygeinic. A significant proportion never become retractable. My skin has never retracted, and believe me, I'm fine. Many others can only retract with difficulty and, to say the least, discomfort, or in fact pain. Keeping the foreskin in place gives a wonderful feeling of privacy, and to me the exposed head is gross. In fact, the fashion for retracting is heavily influenced by the majority in the U.S. particular of cut pricks. In locker rooms around the country men who are able to retract do so in order to pretend they are cut. (Never mind that the built-up skin behind the knob is a dead giveaway). I have no idea how the idea arose that masturbating etc with a non-retractable skin is less pleasurable than with skin pulled back. Anyone with a non-retractable will question that.
