Yes, I believe it's a case of wrong body. I also think T-girls are incredibly brave for risking all disadvantages of the transformation: alienating friends and family, facing prejudice and extreme hostility in the world around you and risking dissatisfaction with the results of the transformation. My respect, I wouldn't be able to face that myself. The internal turmoil preceding the transformation will be hell too, I imagine.
