Almost anything you do has its inherent risks. You identify what those risks are and do your best to eliminate or reduce them as much as possible.

I certainly would not allow it to happen to me if the person is inexperienced or acknowledgeable about how to do it properly.

i haven't tried it but don't think its for me i don't like the thought of having my arm up someone's hole and the thought of someone having there hand up mine is scary.
