I'm not that bothered really, I'm not that keen on seeing foreskin hanging over the cock though.
I'm uncut but don't hang over often. i think the bell end half covered is very sexy, hiding underneath is a swollen juicy bell end, nice. i like to see the foreskin being peeled back slowly. Also bell end fully exposed is horny. So i would probably lean towards cut.
