Sunday. Nothing to do. MSNBC had a feature article about “Dating” and what men and women look for (or not) in a partner. I’m a “30 something” who’s been married twice. Like I need someone on the Internet giving me advice. Well, unless maybe I wanted to start dating someone say, 19... Hint: Buy lots of Viagra.

Since Covid-19, I’ve been working out more and more at home. As I get “older” I’ve gradually been moving away from free weights to bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, kettlebells, and isometrics.

Today I was looking up stuff on Amazon when I found this book called “Sexercise.” Shit... Looks like “Dr. Andy.” But does his wife know?

Of course sex and exercise have been around since... forever! Why else do you think people put themselves through so much just to look good? This book is from 1967.
