I like implants, as long as the surgeon knows what the hell he's doing! I've seen trannies with absolutely PERECT tits and sexy nipples, very erotic..

I prefer the hormonal boobs. They are natural and beautiful. There are some beautiful implants but most of them look as cheap balloons, not as breasts.
