Had a doctor's appointment today. This is what they found:

Chronic over-masturbation since age 10 gives this 18 years old massive back pains, knee pains, easy to get muscle and joint injuries, poor memory, absentmindedness, premature ejaculation and laziness.

After sexually exhausting his the brain's and internal Hypothalamus-Pituitary-Adrenal (HPA) axis, he has gotten headache and felt death and exhaustion from wet dream, even once a weak. Why he felt worse on the 2nd day after ejaculation.
