Yes, all trans girls on hormones can lactate as mammary glands have developed, however since we can’t get pregnant lactation needs to be induced via stimulation.

Breast pumping to induce lactation, like the breast pumps cis women use for lactation during breastfeeding stages. Taking fenugreek supplements and massaging breasts doesn’t hurt either.

being able to lactate is a dream I wish I could do. where do you get MILKIE? I massage my boobs at least twice a day, but I am not on hrt(want to so bad). I wish to be castrated also. I am a sissy and would like to go as far as I can , but I am also 70yrs old so I cant do much any more.
