How to tell apart a real ladyboy from a fake ?

Sorry guys I wasn't very clear in my question.

Well what I've wanted to ask is; There are ladyboys which you can clearly tell that they are mans which had breath surgery. And then you have the real ladyboys which are born that way.

But sometimes it's hard to tell them apart. So is there any way to tell them apart ?
