I suppose it would depend on how you choose to define a "Ladyboy," whether it includes TV's, CD's, post-op TS's. My most intuitive suggestion would be to say that it is the difference of a Y chromosome.

It could be a matter of culture, since LBs are are Thai, or at the very least Asian. So a gal from, say Brazil, *could* be considered "fake" by a purist.
