Teen assaulted and left for dead

I didn't know where to post this but I read a story about a 16 year old transgender teen who was critically injured and assaulted in Monterey Park, California. The article I read didn't give her name. Evidently she was beaten then run over and left on the side of the road like a piece of meat. She is in the hospital and police are looking for the perpetrator.

This is really very sad. I wish there was a way I could extend condolences to the teen and her family. Nobody deserves to be treated like this. I hope she recovers and has no long term problems.

This sounds like no accident. I hope the cops catch this asshole. My thoughts and prayers go out to her and her family.
