It'd be much easier with lube - but here is a tip.

Assuming you have a shower head with a flexible hose, squat then aim warm water at your anus hole for 5 minutes. This will relax the sphincter muscles.

Then when you are ready, use spit on your digit and gently massage around the hole.

Use more spit then try penetration.
