It is intensely pleasurable. I'd far rather be on the receiving end than the giving end. I've taken many cocks from small to quite large and I've never felt any pain or discomfort. It is important to feel comfortable with your partner and be relaxed. Contrary to some opinions expressed a great amount of lubrication is not necessary.
