Yes and no. I have a Filipina friend who used to take hormones until she got a cancerous tumor in her breast. Thank God her surgery went well but it made her stop taking the hormones. Naturally she looks like a young girl of about 14 or 15 years even though she is actually 25. She considers herself a TS and wants nothing more than to have sex reassignment surgery.
