The answer is quite obvious... They are females trapped in a mans body... I dont believe they are gay at all nor do I think that haveing a relationship with a lady of this kind is Gay..
It is certainly not a case of sexual perversion! I dont think anyone would put themselves through this trauma on the pure basis of becoming a sexual icon!!! They are to be respected and loved as a women!
