Sad to say it, but in my personal opinion Mia Isabella went way too far with the most recent plastic surgery. She looks completely different now, and doesn't even resemble the old Mia I loved. (her cheekbones are all different now and I think she had additional breast augmentation. )
I was a big, big fan, and I would have loved to have met her, but now...i don't know.
I'm not against some "improvement", but this is pretty radical.

Improvement is ok as long as it doesn't make someone look worse than they were before.
