I have been living in Philippines for almost 3 years and the way I met all my partners was using Skout.com took a bit of searching but there are loads and I am still seeing 2 I met on there at least once a week each, but there are some complete crazy ones as well, so good luck and enjoy.

Like they say: it's so much more fun in the Philippines.
