Everybody is different. Some end up incapable of erections, some don't.
Most will still ejaculate, eventually, but it'll be watery and clear, sticky and very little in quantity. More like what entire males would call precum. Bet this thread is for the photos - discussions are elsewhere - take a read of that thread and we won't clog up this one. Feel free to delete this as discussion on a photo thread, mods.
