When you are alone and about to orgasm, press on the spot at the back base of your testicles. That will give you a little understanding. Also, if you can manage it, a little dildo play could help. Personally, I'm not fond of dildoes - I'm pretty small framed, and rubber doesn't have enough "give" to make it as comfortable as the flesh version.
