Transsexuals are very far and few between in video games.
#1: The character Poison in Final Fight was deemed a "new-half" in Japan because beating up genetic women was considered controversial in Japan. #2: Jun Watarase from the Happiness! PC game is transgendered. #3: Bridget from the Guilty Gear game series is a crossdressing femboy. #4: Cuilan from the Wartech/Senko no Ronde series is a crossdressing femboy.
