I saw the news about the girl in Canada. It said there was insufficient evidence for prosecution - even though one of the boys took a photo of his friend with the poor girl. I imagine 15 is underage in Canada, which would make it statutory rape, and taking the photo would be child pornography.

Insufficient evidence?
