For me, I guess it's because I envy parts that I don't have. As a male, I don't have any large body parts, such as penis, chest, hands, feet, except maybe my butt.
Sometimes I look at a guy, but it's not because I like him, but because of parts that he has. I love big breasts, and big nipples. I was lucky enough to be with a naturally big breasted girl. You don't really notice a man's chest or nipples because it's not large to begin with and all males have them. But you noticed them on a shemale. Whether it's enhanced or not, it's still noticeable. But besides that it's also the shaved legs, and facial hair. I hate hair except on top of a person's head. |

Attraction towards shemales is not at all gayish. Its what they call it as gay curious. After all its the feminine features of a shemale that we are attracted towards and not the masculine features....So enjoy watching shemales and happy jerking.....

Transsexualism does actually occur in nature. There are various species of fish and reptiles that we know will change sex depending on environmental factors.
Also, it seems a primary focus of men who are attracted to gals like me to first question and then go to great length to deny being gay. My first thought is.. does it matter? Then I realize that having someone else chose something as important as ones identity stinks. It doesn't matter if that is relating to gender or sexual orientation. Being incorrectly classified and treated differently because of that mistake hurts, is dangerous, and is generally confusing. From my perspective, and I'd wager that of any trans* person, is that I have already sorted that stuff out. I have already heard it, seen it, ran from it and finally embraced it. It's like a Physist helping their young child struggle with addition, it's hard to remember this being difficult. If fear of being mis-labeled as gay for liking a trans* woman is THAT big of a deal, then you may want to think long and hard about how real your attraction is. Think about how real your fantasy of meeting and being with a TG really is. If you really couldn't handle being called "fag" if someone clocks your girlie, perhaps this is best left to the realm of porn/fantasy. You see, I hate being braver than the men I date. |

For me it is simple. I am a bottom but I love the look of a beautiful woman, The Tgirl gives me the allure of the woman and the cock I need to be a bottom.

Long before I was a member here, and still trying to “sort things out,” these were two of the posts in this thread that helped me better understand and accept my own feelings. So I would like to give them a “bump” if you will…

For me the attraction isn't that they have a penis at all. I'm attracted the femininity, in a big way. The more feminine, the bigger my attraction to them. It seems like most genetic women have forgotten how to be feminine, so I have no problem turning somewhere else for it.

I think part of my attraction to transexuals is that I perceive them having a higher sex drive - since they were originally male.
Listening to Bailey Jay's podcast, she has a high sex drive - she cums many times a day. I would love to be with someone who wants sex as much as I do. |

So how about the feminine side of me. Do I stray into lesbian desires if the feminine part of me appreciates that same beauty ? Come to that my wife thinks that many of the m2f transgenders on this site are quite exquisite - so does that make her bisexual ? ( which she certainly isn't ). Beauty is in the eye of the beholder ( or so they say ). Does Ladyboy Amy cease to be beautiful because I don't like the look of her penis ? If it comes to that, hey, there are some m2f transgenders that visually take my breath away without giving me a hard-on. It all comes down to taste in the end ( no pun intended ). Having said all that, there's nothing like a bit of fantasizing . . . Oh yeah

I believe the problem comes from how we define Gay, Straight, Bisexual, etc. I feel a lot of these notions are outdated and hardly representative of the complexity of sexuality and gender identity. Firstly I view sexuality in terms of two key attributes, the feminine and the masculine. For instance a muscled hair chest would be considered a predominantly masculine trait, while thin hands would be considered feminine (but of course a lot of these are up for debate).
Next in terms of one's sexual identity I don't see individuals as purely gay or straight, I see it as a sort of attraction percentage. So a stereotypical "straight" person might actually be like 80% attracted to feminine traits, but have a subtle 20% attraction to the masculine side of things. On the flip side a gay individual simply has these ratios reversed. I theorize that individuals such as ourselves have an attraction to masculine traits that are greater than usual 20%. And remember even within this subset there are gradients. Now for some examples: And don't worry about the numbers here folks im just spit balling to make a point. Notice fans of only Bailey Jay (see examples below) most likely fall closer to a 70/30 split (70% feminine attraction, 30% masculine attraction) while someone who is a fan of say Danni Daniels as well is more of a 60/40 split. For Bailey Jay exclusive fans, Danni Daniels is far too "gay" for them. But what they really are trying to say is that their personal sexuality percentage does not reach that particular level in terms of masculine attraction. I feel this notion also applies to gender identity (though I doubt if there is a tangible connection between the two). Thoughts? |

I agree that the masculine/feminine attraction is on a continuum. I also think it's pretty fluid for me on the feminine attraction side. I like ultra feminine women and women with masculine traits. Sometimes they overlap like these two. The first is drag queen Tatiana and the second in female porn star Shay Fox.

I love Shay Fox. Skinny, average, fit etc. As long as the body is feminine, I'm happy. A guy or transsexual can never be too feminine but I think some women can be way too masculine like those body builder types. Anyway, I like shemales because I'm bi-sexual.
