On this site, there is a clear definitional difference between a "fake" and a picture that has been photoshopped but is not a "fake." Fakes -- which are banned from this site -- are defined as photos that give penises to women who do not have them (the celebrity category being a popular one). Many other photos of actual transwomen (and other people, for that matter) are photoshopped to enhance the appearance of penis size. That seems to be a regular feature of photos of the models, and of many photos on escort service pages.
