Over here in Thailand we now call them femboys. I have been around the scene living here for 10 years now. When I was first here most Ladyboys were femboys - with a wig!!!!!!!

In those days, hormones were in minimal use and silicone tits were very expensive. They were also very hard to the feel and looked like a couple of coconuts. To soften them they had to be massaged several times a day.

Now many of them are on too many hormones and cant get it up. The new softer silicone implants can now be done for Bt 45,000 0r $ 1500 US.

Ive seen it mentioned here in relation to her new tits that there was no sign of scars etc from the surgery. Well there wouldn't be really.They are cut in the armpit and implanted from there.
