I think "new half" is a ridiculous term. There is nothing "new" or "half" about it. It is the desire of a man or woman to be the opposite sex. In the case of a man, he may start with feminine dressing and makeup. Transition is a much better term. It is a process of transforming from a man to a woman. There is no halfway, is is a gradual transition using cosmetic surgery, drugs and often breast implants. If the individual can afford it, drastic surgery to transform the male genitalia into a female uterus is possible but very expensive.
