If this had been asked of me a year ago I would not have had a clue. Now I would say most decidedly yes. But interestingly - and I'd agree with some earlier posts - it's the pain that seems to make it. The initial penetration - the tension and release - the way the sphincter grabs the entering cock; the submission, the thrusting, the extraordinary sensations through the prostate and up through the cock. Even if I don't cum (which is rare) it's a blast.
