It is off topic, and that is exactly what's wrong with that post. The topic is "Before and After", and to be after, there must be showable hormone effects (or implants) and obviously, the person in that post has had neither!

Oh, I love small and flat chested girls and femme boys. Implants are kinda fascinating, but I was pretty top-heavy before transitioning myself (FTM), so I'm kinda burnt out on big tits. More modest implants that go well with someone's figure are next in line after small or flat, for me.
