In our relationship I am the dominant one and we are both
comfortable with that arrangement and even if we break up in

That is quite understandable. You can give her your opinion, but the most important thing is to give her your support. In the end it has to be her decision alone. As long as her decision is for herself and not for others then you will be both satisfied. More importantly since it will be her decision for what she wants she will be happy with herself.

We went out yesterday on a club for some dancing and drinking
and so on, afterwards we walked home and enjoyed ourselfes
because of the white night, after some walking I told her that
I wanted a hotdog so I went back to a kiosk about 100 meters
back and told her to wait. When I returned a few minutes later
she was hassled by 2 arabs quite severely so I intervened
and beat them up thoroughly. I really hate what depth my
country has sunk to.

We talked about the Operation today and the fact is that there are
much more theoretical complications that I suspected, necrosis and
so on so of course she is concerned. Is there anybody here that
can give some information regarding this?
