I have SO MANY fetishes that it's not even funny. But my biggest fetish is smoking. I love a gg female or a transgender woman smoking. Cigars (especially Black and Milds), long cigarettes (like Virginia Slims 120's) or especially smoking with a cigarette holder. I definitely understand where you're coming from.
