No way Santorum can worry about the details of anal sex and other social matters as much as more important things.

Of course, anyone who really cared to read carefully the post of mine to which you refer would know, given how I bolded certain words in his original post, that my reference to Santorum not worrying about social matters. But that's okay, Fran, you get your dig in anyhow.

Default My thoughts on Sen. Santorum, et al

I am shocked and almost in a state of disbelief, that the GOP has seemingly selected their worst of the worst to be offered up as "front runners" in their primary election. In the past two decades, the Republicans have gone to unbelievable new lows in my opinion, for example; Rick Santorum is clearly a religious zealot who wants to use political power to force his own personal idea of what "right" on to the American people... It is truly odd, in a few things I actually agree with the lunatic. For example, I am opposed to abortion, I think it is horrible, but there is no way in hell I will EVER support any laws against abortion. Any politician who in any way wants to restrict or ban abortion will not get my vote. Am I the only person who sees the "wrong" in using the law to force personal moral agendas on the people?

Two of the other three "front runners" (Romney and Gengrich) also have me stunned, I mean seriously, if you looked and really searched for the WORST politicians in the GOP, you would come up with these two. Mitt Romney is a religious zealot, like Santorum, it is just that Romney is Mormon and Santorum is Catholic, and (LOL) Gengrich finds it convenient to be Catholic for now... all three are lunatic religious zealots. All three would be similar to former President George "W" Bush in that they would use the political power of the oval office to force their personal morals on everyone.

I really dislike all three of the "front runners" in the GOP primary race, Dr. Ron Paul I could almost tollerate but he is NOT even close to possible for the GOP nomination, he really should drop out of the race.

Back to the subject of this thread... Sen. Rick Santorum. I cannot figure out the sense of it, why are Rick Santorum, Mitt Romney and Newt Gengrich trying to run against President Obama while still in the primary race against each other? All of them are resorting to really stupid campaign strategies that say "I'm the only one who could beat Obama in November!" To that I say, "yeah well that is totally irrelevant for now you idiot! You are still running in the GOP primary election." And seriously, not one of these "front runners" has a chance against President Obama, least of all Sen. Rick Santorum.

They all have bagage or lack in something.
I'd rather they focus on "O" than pound on eachother.

It's only March and people are sick of politics already.

Searching, searching, searching, help me here,,,,,,,,the above jumble of words and phrases makes no sence,,,,,,,,unless I add the word, "was" right after the word, "reference". Maybe there was more to the sentence that you just never finished?
Of course, anyone who cared to read this carefully ,,,,,,,,,,,,would have noticed.

Yeah, like you never made a typographic error. Oh, wait, how do you spell "sense"?

Let Santorum win the nomination. If not Ron Paul, then Rick Santorum, insane moral crusader. If the GOP cannot be reformed, let it be dealt a crippling, if not fatal, blow from which it would never recover. Then it's the Democrats' turn...
I'd be worried if he had a chance at winning the election, but he's already made it quite clear how out of touch with most Americans he is.
Banning pornography, gay marriage, the study of evolution, any and all forms of birth control, etc., etc., and forcing "morality" on the nation? Yeah, I don't think so.
