I have been in a few ladyboy and ladyboy friendly clubs in Thailand and the Philippines. Many places only have one comfort room (I guess not many women frequent ladyboy clubs). But, it was not unusual to be in the CR and see a ladyboy standing at the urinal.

my former g/f used to sit sometimes and stand others. it would depend on where we were and, what she was wearing. When we were having a beach party at Subic Bay with a dozen or so of her friends, mostly ladyboys and there were no public facilities where we were. She was wearing shorts with a bikini under it. during the day, she and her friends would go behind a grove of small trees and bushes and squat down. But, after it got dark (and people had been drinking a lot) she and her friends would just do what the guys did, go stand in front of a tree and go.
