If you want to keep your eyes open get some swim goggles.
Also, if you're going to take it in the mouth, get your ladyboy to drink something to your liking. Beer is good, but don't drink too much. Pinapple juice is always popular, though a bit sweet for some. Keep away from green tea and asparagus - unless you want really strong smelling hair.
