Those lips are not the result of "negative outcomes" from FFS. She made a conscious choice to look like a caricature.

I know that, and I insist that she ruined her lips with the silicone. My concerns are that I've seen some negative FFS results in trans girls that, after a while, end up looking terrible. That's all :/
