Charlotte, I really wished to be a permanent "innie." No need to go to surgery unless you really wanted it. If you are happy with being an "innie", why go through with a surgery wanted not by your heart but your doctor.

If you do want to keep your size, exercise, i.e., getting it hard often, would help.
