TS/casual relationship

What is a good way to get into a casual relationship with a TS?

I live in a country with an almost non-existent TS scene. The nearest countries with such would be either Brazil or the US (I live in Guyana in South America).

I used to spend a lot of time in London, but I want to see a TS again. Are there websites in which casual hook-ups can be sought out? Are there clubs in Miami in which casual hook-ups can be sought out also?
