As far as nations in the Middle East, some have very difficult social customs and laws regarding Transsexuals keeping any T-gal very VERY hidden. Turkey and Iran have probably the best chance of an active/visible population (though most in Iran are by law headed towards surgery, so their status as "shemales" is temporary).
