A few years ago I sent sent a young ladyboy from Manila for a boob and nose job and later in Manila for hip enhancement. At first she looked terrible but after a few months her breasts began to settle in and now she has a body to die for. The operation including airfare was quite reasonable.

If you google Trannyella you should be able to take a look. I chatted with hera few weeks ago when I was in Manila. She is doing ok but looking for some activity.

Thats great that Trannyella plastic surgeries made her beautiful she was one of the lucky ones. IMO If you cant afford to have a good plastic surgeon in a good hospital do your boob job you should not have it done until you can affotd to have it done right.
