That's interesting, Jodie! A transsexual lesbian friend I'm corresponding with is saying the exact same thing.
She is also saying that from what she has seen around her, a girl who's happy with her penis is very likely to maintain her functionality.
She herself has been on hormones for a long time too but she claims it has not affected her functionality at all. She is still also quite frequently experiencing spontaneous erections, which she has chosen to contain by wearing a special garment.
Apart from that, she says that she's also still ejaculating quite heavily.
She has suffered a little shrinkage though but since she was quite well-hung to begin with, that doesn't bother her all that much.
