Either is fine by me.
I would prefer uncut, pulling back a girl's foreskin is akin to unwrapping an x-mas present, it's part of the fun.  But either way is fine.

Both! but I love looking at pics & video's with exposed glans but when I'm when sucking on one I REALLY love an uncut one. Getting it hard and then slipping it into my mouth, the feeling of it being freed from its sheath in there is such a turn on. The one thing I do hate is a foreskin that is too tight to pull back (for a couple of reasons im not willing to go into)
