Wikipedia is always helpful... Just a few days ago I read an article about her and the reality show she was in.
Her full name should be Miriam Rivera. In her Wikipedia article there's a list of the movies she starred in.
This is the article about her reality show: 6 guys tried to seduce her, but they weren't told she was a shemale. The guy who won later sued her... I surely would've kept the prize!!!
