Nearly half of the pictures posted in this new thread are NOT of thigh or thigh-high boots. To be thigh-high, boots must go higher than the knee -- as in the two pictures below. If you're interested simply in boots, there is an inactive thread that could be resurrected:

Good thought, smc! A "boots" thread would cover knee-highs, thigh-highs, all around the leg.
