If you join a reputable site then there should be no problem at all. Two reliable and honest content providers that I can think of right off are any sites from Grooby and from Nikki Monterro. Both Seanchai and Nikki are members here. Do a search for their names and you will find their sites in their signatures. If you are looking for quality content you will find it in their sites.

That particular ladyboy site was already on the internet when I started getting interest in the ladyboy scene which was many years ago.
I only joined that site because it advertised with a particular ladyboy which I am very fond of.
Could I have done something to force a response?
