Just to make this clear for all, Alyssa Luxor is not saying that she is German. She is referring to her type of circumcision. "German cut" or "European method" or "German method" is the method of circumcision that involves removal of only some foreskin (the glans are not covered), but that leaves it possible for the skin to move up and down. The skin may still cover the glans when flacid. This method is less aggressive than what is typical in the United States, where the entire foreskin, most of the frenulem, and some of the shaft skin is removed.

This sounds like what I have heard referred to as the "dorsal" cut as well. I have seen several of the Asian girls that have this style circ.
